Payment Terms and Digital Delivery
A fee is required to unlock full access to a property estimate.
All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or an authorized payment processor. We do not store or process full credit card information.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

The service is delivered immediately upon successful payment.

The content provided constitutes digital goods delivered instantly.

You receive the full benefit of the purchased service at the time of payment.

The transaction is final.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Because the service is digital and delivered instantly, you expressly waive any right to rescind, reverse, dispute, or cancel the transaction once payment is completed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your credit card provider or payment processor without first contacting us at hello@appcano.io and allowing at least 30 days for informal resolution.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to the digital service constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated after delivery of the service:

We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and acceptance of these Terms to the payment processor.

You agree to reimburse Appcano LLC for any fees, penalties, or costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.

We reserve the right to pursue collection of any unpaid amounts to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appcano LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this Website or purchase of an estimate shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@appcano.io and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in Delaware.
